Recently visited a new place called “Diggin”!! Located bang opposite Gargi College, this definitely adds a bit of a fun quotient to the otherwise typical momos/ icecream joints located in the market complex.  For those who graduated a few years ago (read: decade), it would definitely remind you of the erstwhile college days of visiting the Big Chill at East of Kailash.

Nevertheless, it makes for a perfect place to hang out for coffee or a fun evening perhaps? We went in the evening so didn’t get around to trying main course:

What we ordered:

1. Classic cold coffee:  For my “cold coffee obsessed friend” and me, this forms an integral part of most of our meals. It definitely pleased our tastebuds and the staff was more than happy to adjust the level of coffee and sugar as per our needs.

2. Tomatoes and roasted peppers sandwich: Just your regular pesto sauce sandwich, they put in abundant quantity of pesto (I personally love that!).

3. Citrus chicken salad: I am not a big fan of citrus flavours, but my friend absolutely loved it.

Will be definitely be back here to try out the pasta and grilled chicken.

A great plus, this place is not located in any of the super crowded market complexes, the approach and the absence of parking hassles is definitely something that agrees with me!!
